Description
Integrations Team Lead is responsible for managing and organizing the work of the Integrations team, ensuring proper coordination and execution of integration initiatives within defined timelines and quality.
Responsibilities
- Plan, organize, and manage integration of providers' content, promo and other available tools, as well as partners integration and other technical initiatives ensuring smooth execution and timely delivery with the required quality.
- Collaborate closely with product, technical, internal, and external stakeholders.
- Ensure efficient resource management and distribution of the deliverables within the team.
- Initiate and foresee integration related improvements.
- Research and gain knowledge on market best practices and come up with proposals for integration scope and process enhancements.
- Involve in recruitment, onboarding, mentoring, and professional development of the Integrations team members.
- Define individual goals and KPIs for each team member based on team-wide business objectives and ensure proper communication of those goals.
- Prepare and present weekly and monthly reports and analysis on need basis.
- Lead and coordinate the seamless integration of third-party software and services into the company's products.
- Ensure all technical prerequisites are in place before and during the integration process.
- Verify and test integration results and outcomes.
- Prepare and oversee integration-related technical documentation and user guides in collaboration with technical content writers.
- Monitor integration timelines and delivery in cooperation with the product team.
- Improve integration documentation based on feedback, experiences, and results during the integration process.
- Maintain ongoing communication with providers and partners regarding integration updates and improvements.
- Participate in the development of the integration roadmap and backlog refinement processes.
- Perform other duties assigned by direct manager or arising from the responsibilities of the role.
