Provider Communications Specialist
Manage partner settings, address provider queries, collaborate with teams, and ensure effective communication.
Job Responsibilities
- Request new partner configuration settings from Providers, transfer it to the team in order to do the necessary configurations
- Handle all the questions and issues that are connected with Provider.
- Fulfill all requests raised by providers.
- Look through the mail, accept providers' and employee's messages, do the required steps and give feedback, and answer them
- Communicate with providers, if necessary discuss everything with internal coworkers and employees of other departments within the company
- Follow up and resolve the Communication tasks on JIRA board
- Coordinate external communications flow
Job Requirements
- Fluent in Armenian, English and Russian
- Reporting and analytical skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to prioritize and multi-task
- Attention to detail and well-developed memory
- High sense of responsibility
- Excellent Negotiation skills
