Casino Communications Specialist
We are looking for a detail-oriented individual to join our Casino Communication and Promo team.
Job Responsibilities
- Communicate with casino game providers mainly based on tasks received internally from partners or company staff
- Request and coordinate new provider configuration settings, ensuring timely and accurate execution by the internal configuration team
- Follow up with providers to clarify questions, provide updates, or resolve operational matters reflected in Jira tasks
- Monitor and respond to incoming emails from providers and internal departments, taking necessary actions and providing timely feedback
- Ensure all provider-related communications and updates are accurately logged and tracked in ticketing system
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to support smooth operations and maintain effective cross-departmental communication
Job Requirements
- Fluency in Armenian and English (written and spoken)
- Good knowledge of Russian
- Strong reporting and analytical skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
- Ability to prioritize, multi-task, and manage tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Exceptional attention to detail and strong memory retention
- High sense of responsibility, ownership, and accuracy
- Excellent time management and negotiation skills
- Strong teamwork mindset and proactive approach to problem-solving
